The 2014 Terlingua in Exile Chili Cookoff is open to all
DCYC members and regatta participants.

Chili Cook off Rules
3 categories:  No Beans, with Beans, and Other. The “other” are chilies not made with red meats.
Please supply at least 2 quarts of chili
You will need to bring something to keep chili hot.
All chilies to be on judging table by 4:30pm
Sign your chili in on sign in sheet and place the number with your chili
Judging starts at 5:00pm, only judges allowed in this area during judging.
The area will be opened for tasting after judging is finished and ribbons are placed on winning chilies.
If you are racing make sure there is someone to place your chili and number on the table before 4:30pm. Sign in sheets and numbers will be available before you go to race.
